Gemut — a health system

Your body tellsa story. We help you read it.

Gemut reads your blood work, explains what stands behind it, and turns it into a personal plan — for body and mind. Without the medical jargon no one understands.

What changed

Gemut started as software that reads lab results. Today it is no longer about one PDF or one number. It is a system that sees the link between sleep, hormones, inflammation and how you feel and helps you do something about it.

Optimal is a journey, not a destination

How it works

Four moves from test to plan

No chaos of tabs and charts. Every step leads to the next — from an uploaded result to a plan that evolves with you.

01

Upload your labs

PDF, photo or a camera shot. Gemut recognises 78+ markers and computes indexes like HOMA-IR and the atherogenic coefficient itself.

02

Talk to Noa

Noa is your AI companion. She doesn't hand you a label — she explains the mechanism: what in the body led to that number.

03

Get a protocol

Personal guidance on nutrition, supplements and habits — assembled for your markers, not for an average person.

04

Follow the roadmap

Three phases — stabilise, optimise, sustain. The plan moves with you and rebuilds itself after new tests.

Meet Noa

One companion, two ways of seeing you

Body and mind are physiologically linked — cortisol, sleep and inflammation work on both sides. So Noa has two modes. You choose which way to look.

Noa · Health

From marker to cause, from cause to action

The mode for physical health and longevity. Noa reads your labs in context and suggests what specifically you can change.

Example of Noa's reply

"Your HOMA-IR points to early insulin resistance — cells hear insulin less well. It is reversible. Let's start with two things in nutrition and your sleep rhythm."
Noa · Mind

Explain the physiology — then name the state

The mode for mental health. Noa doesn't diagnose — she explains what is happening in the nervous system, and what it is called.

Example of Noa's reply

"What you describe is an over-activated stress axis and heightened amygdala reactivity. In psychiatry this pattern is called generalised anxiety."

The "Mind" mode is educational information about mechanisms, not a medical diagnosis. For acute states Noa will point you to a specialist.

What it's built on

Not opinions. Sources.

Behind every answer from Noa is a knowledge base assembled from verified work. We speak plainly — but lean on serious science.

Functional medicine

The "Health" mode sees the body as a system of links, not a set of isolated numbers on a form.

Neuroscience and psychiatry

The "Mind" mode draws on classical neurophysiology and modern neuroscience — from Pavlov to research on the stress axis.

Transparent references

When Noa relies on a specific work, she names the source. No answers "out of nowhere".

Honest about what isn't here. On the Gemut site you won't see reviews no one left, ratings that don't exist, or logos of labs we don't work with. When real partnerships and real user stories arrive — we'll show exactly those. Not before.
